As an MSC accredited and BUS installer Plumbtec is able to offer the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant of £7,500 towards the installation of a heat pump. In most cases this will cover a large proportion of the equipment and labour needed to convert a house from a boiler system to a modern, efficient heat pump. All of our work is covered by an IBG (insurance backed guarantee), this gives you added piece of mind when making investments in renewable energy solutions
Government Boiler Upgrade Scheme Latest
The UK government has just announced that the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant (BUS) will be increasing by 50%. Currently homes in England and Wales are eligible to a £5,000 government grant to install an air source heat pump. From September 2023 this will increase to £7,500.
